To celebrate World Baking Day, we have this healthy and delicious baked oats recipe for you to try! How could you refuse?!
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Mix your yoghurt, oats, eggs and vanilla extract together until combined.
Stir in the berries.
Pour into a small ovenproof dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked though.
If you would like, top with a spoonful of yoghurt, a couple of whole berries and a drizzle of honey.
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
