Training and Support
When you get started as a Consultant, you're not alone. Not only is your Sponsor there to support you, the head office team will be there to offer advice, training and marketing support.
What training will I receive?
Before becoming an accredited Consultant, you'll attend a one day Essentials Training course. This has everything you need to know about The 1:1 Diet, including:
- All about our 3Ps, People, Product and Plan, and the tools available to support you
- How to flex the Plan for different people, including dieters with medical conditions or taking medication
- How to build relationships with dieters from first call to regular appointments
Once your training is complete, you'll gain access to even more support and advice, to make sure you're on top of your game throughout your business journey as a weight-loss Consultant!
What does training cost?
Your Essentials Training course is just £50 (€57.50) and once you've passed your Accreditation, you’ll pay a set up cost of just £150 (€172.50). This includes the Starter Kit, which will give you a range of tasty products plus more, to get your business going.
How will my Sponsor support me?
A Sponsor's role is to prepare, support and encourage their team members to be their best. Your sponsor will be your first point of contact if you have any queries about your role as a Consultant. Some Sponsors have weekly or monthly catch ups with their team members, whether this be a cuppa in your local cafe, or a Zoom meeting to check in and see how everyone's doing.
They'll be there to show you round the Consultant Only Area, and get to grips with all the tools you need to run your business.
How will The 1:1 Diet support me?
In addition to having your Sponsor's support, the head office team work to make sure that Consultants are equipped with everything they need. This includes access to tools like our Learning Hub that's updated regularly with vital information you need to know to run your business, plus hints and tips to succeed.
You'll also get access to marketing tools like the Social Hub, where you'll find loads of handy marketing material to use across your social media channels.
And that's not all! You'll get regular updates from our Comms Hub too - there's so much more to discover to help with your personal and business development!
