What is the product range?
Our range is made up of meal replacement and total diet replacement products, plus extras like water flavourings and our yummy Step Up® Meals. There's a huge range of tasty meals, shakes, bars, soups, smoothies and snacks that we know dieters love! It's an ever-evolving range too and new products are developed and launched regularly, so your dieters will never get bored. We've got a small but growing range suitable for vegetarians, and some lactose free products too.
Our Corby HQ
Our head office is based in Corby, Northamptonshire, and we operate from three buildings where we manufacture all our sachets, bars, meal packs and tubs. These are made, packed, and shipped to Consultants across the UK, and worldwide!
Does the diet work?
Over the last 35 years, dozens of studies have been published on what makes up The 1:1 Diet; one-to-one support (People), Products and Plan, consistently showing that they are safe and that they work. As more studies are published, we share those with Consultants, so they are up to date with the latest research and advice and can continue doing what they do best.
