The 1:1 Diet:

The 1:1 Diet is a programme that is individually tailored to meet your specific needs and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.  The programme will help you break your bad habits and eliminate those triggers to eat more than you need.

How do I know it works? Well it worked for me. After years of struggling with my weight I found a system that works, that resets habits, removes triggers, that’s cost effective and that gives results

The difference is dramatic. My fat loss was quick. My energy levels stayed good. My state of mind improved and I hadn’t felt this healthy or strong in the last decade.

About me:

I have been helping people transform their lives for the last 30 years. I started my career working with those struggling with addiction and other negative behaviours both in the Civil and Medical Sectors. 

I’m now part of a Multi Award Winning Cambridge Weight Plan Team.

The Clinic:

The treatment clinic is in Weston Coyney, just 3 minutes off the A50. My clinic is next to my home and thus provides a discreet setting for us to work together to achieve your transformation.

I can offer flexible timings for appointments including evenings and weekends   There is free car parking available right outside the clinic .
