Let me share my personal journey with you first..

It all began when I saw myself in a family photo. In that moment, I felt shocked, guilty, and ashamed, realizing I had lost sight of who I was. As a mom of two amazing children, I knew it was time to put my own well-being first. My self-confidence had hit rock bottom, and I was using food and drink as a way to cope. But then, I reached a turning point. I started The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan—and it changed my life. I lost over 3 stone and gained a renewed sense of confidence.

That transformation inspired me to become a consultant, with the goal of helping others achieve similar results. I understand how hard it can be to ask for help because I’ve been in your shoes. And now, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I was tipping the scales at 18-stone, wearing 38” trousers (going on 40”), XXL clothes, BMI of 33 and feeling extremely lethargic both at work & home, I decided that enough was enough. 

So in June 2019 I did my usual internet trawl for the next best easy diet or magical pill that would change my life.

From our first meeting Paul made me feel extremely at ease taking the necessary measurements but assuring me that if I stuck to the diet I could achieve my Goals. I had already decided that 13-stone was my goal I wanted to achieve before Christmas 2019. I met with Paul every week, he never gave up the weekly praise and inspirational talks to get me to where I wanted to be!!

So here I am 12-months later where my weight is 12st 7lb (minus 5st 7lb), in 32” Levi 501’s (always wanted a pair but could never get close), Medium clothes and a BMI of 22; all of which would not have been possible without the inspirational talks and continued support from Paul. I’m happier in my work & personal lives and my friends and work colleagues have noticed a real boost in my energy levels. 

Paul, what a guy; extremely passionate about helping individuals to achieve their weight loss goals. Inspirational, cheeky smile and a great all-round guy who I feel privileged to have met and now consider to be a true friend. Don’t change mate.
