Keyworker Katie Hughes has lost an incredible 5st 5lbs in 11 months with the help of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, not even letting lockdown get in her way.
Mum-of-three Katiewas inspired to start on The 1:1 Diet after returning from a family holiday to France in September 2019.
“I returned from my holiday feeling really sluggish and uncomfortable – I wanted to be able to run around and play with my kids, but I just didn’t have the energy. As soon as I got home, I reached out to Consultant Anthea McCulley.
“It felt so great to be on The 1:1 Diet; I was starting to feel better and found I had more energy for my work as a probation officer where I’m often out and about in meetings.
“I quickly fell into a routine, which allowed me to keep to my family’s meal times without sacrificing my weight loss. Even baking cakes with my kids didn’t tempt me away from the Plan! Seeing the pounds drop off, and how much healthier I felt gave me the motivation to carry on.
“If I went out for dinner with family, I enjoyed myself, but found I was missing being on Plan and went right back to it the following morning.
“When lockdown was announced in March, I was nervous that I’d struggle to stay on Plan, but thanks to the easy-to-prepare meals, I’m more than five stone down and ever closer to my target. I can even enjoy a sweet treat like the Cherry Bakewell bar without picking at any baking leftovers!
