£10/€11.49 Off Offer terms and conditions (now expired)

1. Customers who purchase taster packs from our website before 11am on 9th September 2024 and consent to us sharing their personal data with an independent consultant for the purpose of that consultant contacting them with information about our diet plan (“Referred Consultant”) are entitled to £10/€11.49 off their first order when they sign up with the Referred Consultant  (“£10/€11.49 Off Offer”) on their first order of at least one full weeks’ worth of products, when following Step 1a, 1b or Step 2. Higher step discounts are at the Consultants discretion. The chosen step will be advised by the Consultant during the first Consultation.
2. The £10/€11.49 Off Offer is available to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents over the age of 18 that the Referred Consultant determines is suitable to follow our diet plan.
3. The £10/€11.49 Off Offer is only redeemable by new dieters who are not currently on one of our diet plans.
4. Employees of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan Limited are not eligible for the £10/€11.49 Off Offer.
5. The £10/€11.49 Off Offer is valid for 12 months from the date of the email containing the offer.
6. The £10/€11.49 Off Offer:
   1. may be used once for a single transaction only;
   2. is not valid with any other offer;
   3. is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full; and
   4. may not be sold or transferred to any other person.
7. No replacement will be issued for lost, stolen or deleted offers.
8. We reserve the right to cancel a voucher or withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion at any time at our sole discretion.
