The 1:1 support is really what makes this diet unique and successful.    Having your own personal cheerleader is worth its weigh in gold. When we first talk, I wil enquire at to what level of support you think you might need and we can go from there.  I often send motivational whatsapps and my phone is on and available 24/7.  If Im awake I will respond.  I'm here for you as much as you want me to be.  Its the reason I Iove being a consultant .  I am very passionate about helping others on their journey to once again, feeling fabulous about themsleves.
