Hello I am Heather and I am a 1:1 Diet Consultant, wife and mum of two children based in Sudbury, Suffolk. I can support clients locally, face to face or virtually depending on preference and also can remotely consult you if you live anywhere else within the UK.

I am part of a multi award winning team of consultants with years of experience, and more importantly I have lost weight using The 1:1 Diet and understand the physical and mental challenges loosing weight can cause.
