I was so impressed I actually found a diet that for me finally helped me to achieve and maintain my weight loss, after struggling to lose my baby weight for so long, the simlpe and flexible plans soon helped me to shift it and I lost 16lbs in 6 weeks!

I fell in love with the products, the simplicity of the plan, the variety of foods and the new healthy lifestyle it was creating for me that it re-awakened my passion and joy for health, wellbeing and love for helping others so I decided to take it the next step and become a consultant myself. 

I became a consultant because I am passionate about the products, the plan and helping others achieve their goals.  It also fits it perfectly around my other committments, I currently work part time as well but my goal will be to do this full time and spend more time with my children. 

It has given me so much work satisfaction and I feel that I am making a difference to other people's lives.
It's also nice to be valued by the 1:1 Diet and their head office as they offer various incentives and recognition to all of their consultants. I have made new friends in this job and support customers and consultants all over the UK.
