I decided to became a 1:1 consultant after I was made redundant from my career in aviation in March 2020, I'd been in this role for over 20 years and was at a loss as what to to next.

Like so many others I needed a new career that I could fit around my young family. 

I'd lost 2st following the 1:1 diet and felt fantastic and decided I'd love to help others achieve this. So in April 2020 I took the plunge.... WOW what can i say, I wish i'd done it years ago!

I now feel like I have some control over my life, not only am I helping others achieve there goal & dreams I LOVE WHAT I DO my role fits in around my family I can choose my hours to suit & I am now a sliver level consultant building a team of my own.
