I became a consultant as I wanted to make a difference to people's lives like I always thought I would do when I became a nurse.   My one: one business as an independent consultant fits around my other aspect of life as a Mum.  I resigned from being an NHS nurse as this business allows me freedom to be with my family and help others on an individual basis.   I am doing something I love and making a huge difference to people's lives, like my sponsor did when she suggested I become a independent consultant after losing over 10 stone.  I now enjoy being part of bigger team, but working autonomously putting in hard work and getting to make a difference to people's relationship with food for the better.
