A little about me-

I’d struggled with my weight for, what feels like all of my adult life. It’s been a constant battle! I'd gained my weight following my Mum’s cancer diagnosis. I’d already lost my Dad through cancer and many other loved ones through cancer, so I thought this was where we were going again. So I ate my way through her treatment! Mum smashed cancer but that didnt stop me eating! The bombshell dropped while I was away on holiday in Cyprus and I realised how much my weight was making my life a misery! So I got on this fabulous plan and have lost over 10 stone! I've now found a love for exercise, I walk our 3 dogs daily and I’ve even got parasailing booked for my next holiday! Losing the weight has been life changing! I feel more alive now than I have in years!!
