For years we both struggled with our weight, trying all the diets out their. Avoiding beach holidays and long flights abroad as we were so uncomfortable and embarressed.

We have even met clients in supermarket car parks what ever is easy for you. We also welcome groups if you want to do the plan with family and friends, (discounts apply) for the latter so please enquire.
