I struggled with my weight more after the death of my beloved father. I was always  obsessed with being slim anyway but losing my dad really took its toll on me . My weight spiraled out of control. I developed Hypothyroidism eleven years ago , it had its symptoms with weight gain being the worst for me , i managed to keep my weight steady with medication but especially 1:1 diet, I lost just shy of four stones* in weight!
