With 17 years under my belt (a smaller belt than I was wearing 18 years ago, incidentally!!) I've experienced this role alongside a full-time job with young chidren at home, to now doing it as my only job with all my children having flown the nest! In other words I know how it feels to balance this job alongside other commitments as well as being full time in the role.

• small and supportive you'll get to know me and the other team members well. We have a range of skills and experience to share with one another
• my team is sufficiently small that I have time to give you as much one to one business support as you would like. Or as little. I know some people prefer to 'do their own thing' and I respect that too
• with a large personal business and client base I know a lot about our diet programme, running the business and ways of supporting dieters. I'm always at the end of the phone to answer your questions
• our team Whatsapp group is there for mutual support and engagement too
• the team element also kicks in for socialising should you wish to join us (again, not everyone does). Being self employed doesn't mean you need to lose that feeling of having 'workmates'.  
• I carry a large amount of personal stock so am always able to swap products with you. When getting your business off the ground you'll find this invaluable

I'm more than happy to talk through how this business works and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I'd spent my working life in education so had never run my own business before this. It may seems daunting but truly it isn't. You can have as large or as small a business as you like. There's lots of support available from me, from the team and from Head Office.
