I have seen a lot of changes throughout my 20+ years as a consultant. One thing has always remained the same, you can make this business as small or as large as you have the energy to work for. There are no quotas or targets other than the ones you set yourself. Follow the rules governing all consultants and you can do as much or as little as you like.

My business has taken my family on several lovely holidays over the years and many day trips. We would not have been able to afford them without the income from The 1:1 Diet business. This is not a get rich quick scheme and there are no guarantees of income. You have to work your contacts and social media if you want to build a business. And you need patience because building a business takes time. But if you just wanted to lose weight and supply yourself at a lower price, you can do that too. I’m here to help no matter what you decide.
