Hi, it’s a pleasure to meet you! ... I have battled with my weight since my 20s. I was always up and down and having so many different sizes in my wardrobe I was always frustrated thinking what am I going to wear... I’m sure many of you have felt the same way!! I have always had the battle of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and the fight to lose weight is hard and feels near impossible. I always felt defeated and deflated that nothing was ever going to work for me...
My dream is to become a Mummy one day and have that family I always wanted. But my weight was always an issue. So, I said to myself enough is enough I must do this for myself!!!
So, the 1st of September 2025 I made the jump and started my plan.... after a few days I started feeling different already the bloating and the feel of indigestion had got so much better... I couldn’t believe that I had so much more energy as well...
I was very nervous the first week thinking what if I didn’t lose what if this was just another diet that I would try that would just fail... The day came for my first weigh in... (eeekk) I stepped on the scales nervously waiting and my consultant couldn’t believe it... I had lost a whooping 10lb (Wow) I couldn’t believe it I cried because it felt for first time I had found something that will work for me.
So, I stayed on plan and here I’m today (2026) 4 Stone lighter already!! (Still continuing my journey). Having the support from my consultant has been a gift for me knowing I have someone in my corner and is backing me 100% with no judgement!!
