As a Cambridge weight consultant I will support you on your weight loss journey, whether you have a few pounds or a few stone to lose. It will be so much easier for you when you have someone cheering you on and helping you maintain your resolve through difficult days. I will help you lose weight for a particular event or date and, just as importantly, help you maintain that weight.
I genuinely enjoy helping people regain confidence in their body through nutrition and exercise and develop sustainable habits that will serve them well beyond the diet itself. My support will be personalised to you, with no two individuals being the same, and will be tailored to you own lifestyle and goals.
The Cambridge Plan isn’t just about weight loss, it’s about building healthier habits for the long term. The Plan combines a structured and nutritionally balanced daily routine with some flexibility, making it realistic for everyday life. I have a Level 2 qualification in Nutrition to guide you through the way to choose a diet and lifestyle that works for you.
