I am a new 1:1 diet consultant and full of excitement and determination to help you! 

I too am still on my journey, so when I say I'm here with you, I mean I'm literally doing this with you! 

I have lost 6 + stone with the help of the 1:1 diet Cambridge plan. Spending more than half my life overweight, believe me when I say I know how you may be feeling. That is why I became a consultant, because I so desperately want to offer my help and support to those feelings like I did. 

Know that I would strive to give you all my support and best advice, ensuring you never felt judged. 

I offer 1:1 consultations that are face to face or remote. Offering flexible times to suit you and your lifestyle.
