Carron’s story.

Of course, most brides lose wait before the wedding, oh no not this bride! It was only after when I seen the photographs that I decided buying bigger jeans was not the option, I needed to find those hips! Yes, they were in there somewhere, now I have never been one of the slightest of bodies, but I really needed to try something, something different to the classes I had tried in the past. That’s when in 2010 I found a Cambridge diet consultant, we worked out my plan and I enjoyed the process so much that losing weight was fun and achievable. The products gave me so much energy, helped me to lose the weight and to relearn portion size as I worked through the levels back to full meals. Fast forward 10 years, menopause plus age crept up on me again, yes you guessed as I went to buy that larger size pair of jeans again, I had a brainwave! Use the money to go back on plan and lose that weight. I’m so glad I did, I’m losing weight again and feel great, the newly modified range of products is superb, and I can’t wait for you to try them.
