I’m Natalie a proud working Mum that knows how hectic life can be. Organising my family, alongside shift working and running the house leaves me with little time to myself, and that is where I can tell you that my journey with Cambridge 1-1 has quite literally changed my life.

Before I started my journey, I very rarely found the time to prioritise my own health and fitness goals and that's why Cambridge 1-1 suited me so well. The products are simple, convenient and delicious and the different plans on offer mean that there is something to suit everyone.
