I lost 6.5 stone for good!

Hello! My name is Amy, I'm a busy wife and mum to two gorgeous girls and for years have had trouble with my weight until I started my journey on the 1:1. It was the best decision I ever made and I have never looked back, it's honestly changed my life! I was 17.4 stone when I started and have lost 6.5 stone to date. In 2024 I was nominated for transformation of the year which was unbelievable and my weight loss gave me the opportunity to take part in a charity skydive from 15000 feet! Something I could have only dreamed of doing. Now I want to help others with their weight loss journeys and achieve their goals and dreams.
