Hello and welcome to my page.
I am a mum of two beautiful children. For the last 17 years as a hairdresser it has been a passion of mine to make people feel amazing about themselves.

After having my two children and the busy day to day life of motherhood I put myself on the back burner and just accepted for a long time the extra baby weight that I couldn’t shift was just 'the new mum me'. But I didn’t feel like ‘me’ or very good about myself, so after many failed attempts of different diets I was introduced to The 1:1 diet.

I started on the higher steps as I was still breastfeeding my youngest child. She was 10months old so I wasn’t her only source of nutrition and being on the higher step allowed me to continue feeding her without my supply being effected (which was a huge concern of mine) but it also allowed me to focus a bit on myself and getting me back.

I have now lost 4.5 stone and countless dress sizes. I’m back into my pre-pregnancy clothes that I kept stored for 6years saying - ‘I’ll get back into them one day!’ I now feel confident and good about myself again, I have more energy chasing after my toddler and playing football with my eldest.
