As your consultant, my promise is to support you wherever, whenever you need it. I'm on plan as well, so we can smash this together. I'll be patient, understanding & empathetic every step of your journey. If you need tough love & a kick up the backside, I can do that too!

My Story...

So, here's a little bit about me and how I got here. 

I've battled with my weight & yo-yo dieted all my adult life. I suffer with PCOS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis & Degenerative Disc Disease (alot I know) & now the menopause has arrived. I'd resigned myself to a life of being overweight, depressed & always the fattest wherever I went.

A photograph taken on holiday with my granddaughter shocked me into action. I knew something had to change for my health, my family & me.

Like you're doing now, I found myself here, choosing my consultant & taking that leap of faith!

Thank goodness I did! Fast forward to today & I've lost almost 5 stone.

Honestly, If I could bottle how much better I feel, & sell it, I'd make millions.

I can't do that but I can show & help you feel that way too & its great!

We'll create a plan to suit your needs & work towards a healthy & maintainable weight.

I was stuck in a rut of binge eating and yoyo dieting when I saw a newspaper article which mentionied the 1:1 Diet.
