From a young age, I struggled with my weight and faced bullying because of it. I was always the “bigger girl” in my friend group and battled with low self-confidence. By the age of 16, I had already tried every diet you could imagine—but I never reached my goal weight. Through my late teens and early twenties, I yo-yo dieted, losing weight only to gain back even more.

When I turned 25, I had a serious conversation with myself. I wanted to get married and start a family in the coming years—and there was no way I wanted to do that carrying the weight I had. That’s when I took action. I found my consultant with The 1:1 Diet, and it changed everything.
