I never knew the impact it could have on a person to be overweight, until I, myself was diagnosed with a range of health conditions including type 2 diabetes, breathing difficulties amongst others that I contracted during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Having been extremely active and competed professionally within the fitness industry, I found myself at an ultra-low in the year 2020, when I had gained an unintentional three stones in weight over a matter of weeks. The diet and exercise plans that had worked for me once were no longer effective, with my ray of medical conditions and medications. I found myself losing a few pounds, that would be short lived, the weight would return in multiple numbers, leaving me puzzled, frustrated and depressed. However, the one thing that got me through those dark days was the iron belief ‘ I can, and I will’, overcome the barriers . I had to re-educate myself, look beyond the fitness regime that I had become so accustomed too, this is when I discovered the One2One Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and I am glad I did!
