My name is Cherry and I am an award winning 1:1 Diet Consultant...Let me be the one to help you!

I am loving helping others achieve their weight loss goals as I truly know how difficult it can be to juggle a busy life. I work full time and have 2 young children. 

My dieters describe me as being; 'SUPPORTIVE, FUN, INSPIRING' and most importantly to me; 'RELATABLE'.

Since having my two children my weight has fluctuated. Once I hit the age of 40 I have found the weight hard to keep off. It was when I had to order work trousers 3 sizes bigger that my confidence hit an all time low (and the button was secured with a hairband).

 I felt self-conscious and permanently uncomfortable in EVERYTHING I wore.

I became anxious about going to any social events as I knew what people would be thinking; "She's got big". I couldn't bare it so I just didn't go.

I was constantly out of breath, sweating after walking any distance and noticing new 'niggles' in my joints due to the excess weight. 

Having recently been diagnosed with moderate arthritis in my hip I knew that my lifestyle choices had to change and I needed to lose weight.

Having failed on other diets in the past I personally found the 1:1 diet an absolute game changer! I genuinely have not looked back and I now feel in control of my weight!

In April 2024 I started out at 13 stone 7lbs, and lost 2 and a half stone in just 3 months. I have a new found confidence thanks to the 1:1 weight loss plan.
