“Firstly a huge “Hello and Welcome to my page” and secondly “Congratulations” in taking your first step to becoming a slimmer you”

So believe it or not I was always slim, I could eat absolutely anything and it did not make any difference. Then came pregnancy at the age of 33 and my weight had increased from Pre-pregnancy at 9st 7 to an incredible 13st 7 and I will still gaining weight.

I remember one New Years Eve thinking to myself “what an earth are you doing to yourself”.  Most probably like yourself I had tried every other diet conceivable, Slimming World and Weight Watchers, Lipotrim, fat burning tablets. I then discovered the Cambridge Weight Plan and it changed my life…

I told myself “you are worth it” and “you can do this”. I had made excuses for too long!

If the above is you, then YOU can do it to… "You can lose weight from the comfort of your own home" and I will be there either via a zoom call or a whatsapp video call. SO what are the advantages of this:

Do it from home or work, no rushing through traffic or finding childcare. “You are still accountable” - being face to face or over a video is no different, the meeting is exactly the same, the process is the same and the dedication and passion from me will be exactly the same. We are finding that many more people are now loving the virtual consultations and with pressures of work it is much easier for most to do.

I am based in Penrith, Cumbria, but I can support you from anywhere in the UK and so it is amazing to think that we can cheer each other on and not have to be on the doorstep.

I guarantee that if you decide to join me on “our adventure together” then you will have my total support 100% of the time, day and night, if you need daily motivational nudges then you’ll get them. If you are having a wobble and need to speak to me, I am here. It is so much more than just a weigh-in once a week. I would be your “buddy, coach, motivator and most of all your friend”. Together we can do it!
