The 1:1 diet is by far one of the best things I’ve done.

Before the pandemic I had no trouble eating well, exercising, and only snacking occasionally however once we went into Lockdown it was game over and all discipline over food was lost!

This diet has given me back control over food which I had lost and was desperate to regain.

I lost 2.5 stone in 4 months and continuing to work towards my target with another 1.5st to loose, I'm quite short and narrow with a hiatus hernia so I can't really carry any excess weight and why should I, being healthy is the best feeling ever.

My eating habits we're so out of control it was cheaper to invest in the diet weekly which also accommodates my busy lifestyle than to continue with the take aways and snacks. I fooled myself into thinking take aways and snacking wasn’t that bad “one won’t hurt” but it was never just one and let's face it no matter how you dress it up anything processed or greasy is not good for you.

The 1:1 diet has given me my confidence back to make the right food choices. I've gone from a dress size 14/16 to a size 8/10 I’ve got my confidence back and my self-esteem is at an all-time high. I feel like I have my old self back twice as strong and healthy and let’s face it who doesn’t want to be healthy, feel great and look incredible all at the same time.
