I have tried every diet known to man and since piling on the pounds since perimenopause nothing has worked and believe me I’ve tried them all. My cholesterol was rising and I was in danger of becoming pre-diabetic.

I began the Cambridge 1:1 diet plan without much hope and feeling extremely low, however, with the support of my consultant when the ‘voice demons’ came into my head I lost two stones in 12 weeks, reduced my cholesterol and thanks to the plan ensuring I had all the recommended vitamins and minerals my health both physical and mental is the best it has been for years.

The weight loss results are fast which keeps motivation high and the plans are super convenient and easy to follow for any hectic lifestyle.
