Wanting to make a change can feel scary but I'll be with you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Whatever your reason is for being here - I want to help you. 

I know how miserable it is being unhappy with your weight. I spent many years yoyo dieting, trying every diet and then i had children. During my first pregnancy I started piling on the weight which carried on after the birth. A year later I was a size 20. I just remember thinking that this couldn't carry on - I didn't want to go out, I definitely didn't want to buy even bigger clothes and I started to panic - what was I going to do? 

I got in touch with a fabulous consultant and with her help and support, which made all the dffference, I dropped to a size 10. With child number 2, when the weight started to creep back on, I didn't panic! I contacted my consultant, lost the weight and became a consultant myself!! I realised that i too wanted to make a difference to someone! I too wanted to help people get their sparkle back and feel happy again in their own skin and I LOVE being part of my clients' journey!

I'm based in Tolworth, on the K1 bus route and 6 mins from Tolworth station. Children welcome!

I've always struggled with my weight. At school I was constantly bullied and food was my only comfort and I soon ballooned to a size 24. I had tried numerous diets but none provided the 1-2-1 support, knowledge, care ad guidance that Els did! It hasn't been easy and I've wanted to quit at times but Els wouldn't let me!! She had faith in me when noone else did. I'm still on my journey but have already dropped to a size 14 and am LOVING life and now looking forward to the rest of it!

I've tried the Plan several times before but never been so successful. Els is by far the most supportive, rallying, fun consultant I've had. She offers constant advice and knowledge around weight loss, exercise, ups and downs, whilst also giving emotional support with a completely non-judgemental approach. As a working mum juggling lots of different things i don't always find it easy to stick to my guns on plan, however whenever I'm habing a wobble she's there with a friendly ear and always guides me back on track. There's no way I'd have come this far without her!

We all know that the 1-1 diet works. The results speak for themselves. The products are delicious and you don’t feel you are missing out while losing weight at a pace that keeps you motivated. 
Products alone aren’t the whole story though. I’ve lost weight on 1-1 before but a lack of chemistry with my consultant led to me ending before I had hit my goal weight, not progressing properly through the steps and dreading weekly visits. 

With Els it’s easy! I’m losing the weight, getting great advice and I’m able to be honest with her about the tough days where I’m not doing so well. I’m almost at goal weight and I’m looking forward to the next steps. Some of the step up products sound lush!!
