I  am a Silver Consultant supporting 100's of people to transform and achieve their dreams.

I am a mum of 3 and a fur-baby and Nanna of 3 amazing grandchildren 

Since my early 20’s I struggled with numerous Gynae conditions which meant I was in constant pain & spiraling weight gain. In 2004 I underwent a complete hysterectomy, and my eating got out of control which saw me jump 3 dress sizes & gain 4 stone!   To add to this a few years ago I lost my mum and I was completely consumed with grief. I was disconnected, anxious, demotivated & my confidence and self-esteem were at rock bottom. I didn't recogise myself anymore. 

The 1:1 Diet was recommended to me by a friend and honestly it has changed my life for the better. I cannot tell you how my confidence has grown and I feel in control of my life again.  I am no longer filled with dread when invited to a social event & I now help people every day with simialr obsticale to gain results!

I am a walking advert that determination, focus and desire can lead to results with this extremely successful plan.

As a full time consultant I am here to encourage & build your success. I will offer constant support through motivational messages, WhatsApp groups, friendships and I am always available for your coaching needs. If you want your own daily motivator then thats me!

It took me a long time to recognise that asking for help is a strength and not a weakness. At times we all need someone to reassure us that we are not alone and that how we look amy be important to us, but we must not neglect how we feel inside as well.
