Hi my name is Joanne, a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant from Belfast and part of a multi award winning team UK wide. Even though I am based in Belfast I can help clients virtually across all of Northern Ireland with products delivered direct to you.

I made the decision to start the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan after following, my now consultant for over a year. I seen that she had a large amount of weight to lose and was very successful with the plan and more importantly was not maintaining her new weight. I have tried every other diet and none works for me like this one does. 

I have always struggled with my weight and my relationship with food. I would admit to being and emotional eater. By being on plan it has allowed me to deal with these emotions head on so they wont be a problem in the future.

So far since making the decision to start plan I have lost almost 8st, I know this is only the start of my journey and i have a long way still to go but i would love it if you joined me, no matter how much or little weight you have to lose.
