I had tried many different diets, struggled to lose the weight and couldnt maintain the weight loss. I then found The 1:1 Diet and my consultant and it literally changed my life! 

I lost 2st and managed to fall pregnant with the baby of my dreams. Having PCOS  and a underactive thyroid made losing weight tough and falling pregnant even harder. After lots of research I knew this diet was the one I needed to help with all of the above! Once I got to goal I started my fertility treatment and was pregnant within 9 months.
