Why am I different? Just ask?

Having been overweight all my life and a constant yo-yo dieter, losing and gaining the same all the time. I finally found something that worked, it was such an easy choice to make and i havent looked back. I know your struggles, I have been there and still have wobbles, we are only human. I am doing this too, so can share our experiences together and lose the weight finally. I have an office at home, fully stocked so you can choose face to face. You are always welcome and plenty of parking, i may even make you a tea or coffee. I will totally understand, as i have been there. Aways greeted with understanding and empathy. Part of the only Diamond champion in the South West. So i have skills avaiable to change mindset and enable you to maintain your new weight. We all know what we should eat, but its doing it, thats that big lessson, Ive learnt and these skills i will pass onto you. I have lost almost 4 stone. My home office is in Exmouth, i can cover Exmouth, Exeter, Sidmouth etc. Now time to relax, i have got your back and will be with you every step of the way call or message 07742 508008... i also do taster packs.
