Ive struggled with my weight the whole of my life and have lost count of how many mondays i've started again. I realised i needed to do something about my weight as I was so uncomfortable, unhappy and withdrawn in myself. It was effecting all aspects of my life especailly my family time, I was completely miserable and at rock bottom. I have 2 boys and a husband but I found that we werent living life as we should due to my weight and reduced mobility. Finding the right consultant was critical for me as with their support I was not only able to loose weight but realise my trigger and relationship with food. I now want to support you on your weightloss journey and help you gain a healthier happier life. I really have tried every diet but I love the 1:1 Diet for its structure , versatility, support and truly amazing products. Having been a serial binge eater I ate in secret and grazed constantly all day. I was scepticle at first but at my first weigh in I was astonished at not only the weight I had lost but the inches and how healthier I already felt. I never looked back and have lost over 8 stone in 8 months, I am still on plan and have further weight to loose. I am now loving life and enjoying life to the full with my family and have even found a love for walking and cycling something I could never have contemplated before my weightloss. I feel confident, happy and proud of myself. Weight loss is never easy but definately worth it and is life changing and with the 1:1 Diet it really is acheivable.
