 *I am a mum of four. Aged between 25 and 4! (yes, I know lol) I lost weight in 2022 and felt amazing. Unfortunately, over the next 2 years it crept back on but I am happy to say, that after some discipline, as of December 2024, I was back down to the original weight lost. Since. I have lost more. I am getting married in 10 months! And I am determined to keep the weight off!

* I truly believe I can help you get to the weight you want and I will also support you in maintaining your weight loss for as long as you want me

* Becoming a consultant feels like a massive privilege as I now get to be the person that makes you feel amazing in yourself, just how my consultant makes me feel

* I am happy to come to your home and deliver your products to your door with NO CHARGE. All appointments are FREE whether in person or virtually or if you prefer, WhatsApp

* I understand that you may lack confidence and find it hard to talk about your weight. I will do everything I can to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Our first meeting, whether in person or virtually, is really just a chat about you and your aims and dreams. It's completely informal. 

* In the current economic crises, many people feel they cannot afford the diet. I am here to say that I truly believe you can. Products cost around £2.70. You can always start on a higher step which will also reduce the price but it will not reduce the support from me

* We have an amazing team and a Nutritionist on hand to answer any medical queries. We are also proud to be supported by proven medical research which found a low calorie diet to be beneficial along with the support from a consultant

* I suffer with severe bowel problems complicated by a surgery 9 years ago. I can honestly say that being on plan is the only time my problems settle down and I feel 'normal' If you suffer with IBD, IBS or any other conditions please have a chat with me 

* I believe in you and you deserve this plan. It will be a privilege to be your 1:1 consultant. 1:1 really does mean 1:1
