I think I have spent most of my adult life on a diet, trying different one's, and although I'd loose a few pounds here and there, within weeks I'd be back to my normal 'fat and flumpy' features. I had great intentions to be fit and fabulous but here I was mid 50's still trying to find the one that works.

Just as I was going to give up, a friend recommended The 1:1 diet. She had to work hard to persuade me as I must of given her 100 excuses why I didn't want to do it.

Why didn't I listen to her?

Here I am now, 5 stone lighter  in just 12 weeks,and I've maintained ever since. I've finally found my confidence, loving life and the new wardrobe ( having dropped from a dress size 20 to a 14) and my weight is still coming off.

Now it's my turn to work my magic on you. Having been there myself, with the struggles and the denials, I want to help you on your journey to be and feel fabulous.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

I’m based in Bexhill and you are welcome to come to me. 

I also offer home visits in the local area too OR virtual support to those further away.

Each week FREE regular weigh-ins, either virtually or at my home.
