Why do you want to lose?

I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic in 2019 and this diet enabled me to lose more than 2 stone quickly and bring my blood sugar back to normal.  I am still maintaining that.

The 1:1 support is really what makes this diet unique and successful.    Having your own personal cheerleader is worth its weight in gold.
