Like you I let food rule my life, I was in a constant cycle of "ill start again monday" yet monday NEVER came. It wasnt until I had hit rock bottom that I realised something needed to change in order to save my life . It isnt just about losing weight its about changing your lifestyle & the way you think about food & getting clear on why you abuse food the way you do. 

Im here to teach you how to change your mindset & relationship towards food in order for you to achieve long term weight management. 

My weight became a real problem following the birth of my son in 2017, I put myself at the bottom of the pile, I lost who I was & became "just mum". Fast forward to 2020 after the premature arrival of my daughter the problem became even worse & now my mental & physical health was in danger.  I turned too food for comfort. I felt upset, angry and useless as a mother & food masked those problems- or so I thought! After catching footage of me playing with my children on our first family holiday as a 4 I was horrified & knew something had to change if I wanted to be around to watch my children grow. 

I understand what it feels like to be at rock bottom with no idea how or if you can get out , I understand how it feels to use food to surpress your feelings & emotions . You are never alone, together we will dive deep into your mindset & work together to break that diet cycle for good.
