I recently came back to Cambridge 1:1 diet as I’d eaten my way through lock down and felt rubbish about myself, none of my clothes fitted me and my confidence was at rock bottom. I’d tried so many different diets and had been on Cambridge before and it was the only diet that worked for me. I saw Shona’s advert as a 1:1 consultant and was a bit hesitant as I was embarrassed how much weight I’d put on. Shona instantly put me at ease, didn’t make me feel rubbish for putting so much weight on and reassured me that I was not the only one who’d piled in the pounds. She made me believe I could do this. Shona is really honest, and SO encouraging - no matter what kind of week you’ve  had or if you’ve gone off plan she doesn’t shame you, or make you feel bad she gets you to draw a line under it and gets you back on track. The biggest thing I find with Shona is that because she has been/is on the journey herself she knows how hard it is to loose weight and how you feel and doesn’t just spout meaningless platitudes you’ve heard a 100 X before.
What she says you know is truth from personal experience. I have lost just over 2 stone on Cambridge diet and would like to lose another 2. Already I feel so much better about myself, I have loads more energy, I’m not embarrassed to go out in public. I 100% owe my weight loss journey and determination to stick at it to Shona!
