The last 2 years I put on 2 stone it gradually crept up.. April 2021  Turning 50, I took the plunge and decided to do the Cambridge 1to1 diet after seeing 2 friends have amazing results.

2 stone 5 pounds down by July and loving life again.. Wearing all the clothes I couldn't even pull up 2 years ago!!
