Prior to starting my journey with the 1:1 diet I had work stresses making my disabilities worse and would comfort eat to make myself feel better.
As a lifelong dieter with a variety of medical conditions I realised that something had to give, to carry on as I was, would lead to loss of limbs and an early demise with diabetic neurophathy working its way through my body!
My medical conditions and age made the thought of trying another diet quite daunting but with the support of my 1:1 consultant I have reached goals I never thought possible.
My journey is not finished I still have weight to lose to get to an optimum level of fitness but I am committed to completing it and look forward to helping you do so too.
The 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan is not just a way to lose weight it is a way to re-programme your view of food. My relationship with food was one of comfort and despair, I would eat for comfort and then despair at my lack of control.
This diet is a game changer it is nutrionally balanced so you can just have replacement products to remove all temptation or as a mix with food you really do not want to remove from your diet totally.giving you control over your eating.
As your consultant I am available for advice and guidance in a way you choose – as much or as little as you wish provides the tailored support that works so well.
I will be there to problem solve with you, to support you during difficult points, as well as being on the frontline cheering on your success – this is the unique aspect of the 1:1 diet. Together we are stronger!
