After 8 months I hit my weight loss target losing 7st 8lb.  I've had the best consultant throughout it all Sooze.  I feel 100 times better health-wise and have even started getting up at 3,30am before work to go for a run (which I honestly never thought I would be saying!)  I have saved money along the way as I'm not picking up rubbish food from petrol stations. Personally I love this diet, it's so convenient to grab my products.  If you want to lose weight I recomment the 1:1 Diet and to get in touch with Sooze.
