I hate diets, but CWP is not like normal diets, it’s amazing- due to the great variety of products I don't even feel like I am dieting yet I am losing weight and have loads more energy!   Since taking that first step to contact Rebecca I have not looked back! Rebecca is approachable and supportive; I feel at ease with her, look forward to our weekly chats and feel comfortable confiding in Rebecca, who has shown tremendous 1:1 support throughout my weight loss journey.  Thank you Rebecca, you have made such a difference to my life!

I’ll admit I was a little worried about starting the plan to begin with as I wasn’t sure that I could stick to it but with your encouragement and support you have made it really easy for me so thank you! Rebecca is encouraging and supportive which has helped me massively with my motivation and weight loss. Rebecca’s encouraging words, positive messages and inspirational tips have really helped me. She’s always available to contact and if I need advice, she replies to my messages promptly. She is very proactive, sending me motivational messages daily. We have a regular weekly phone calls, which is helpful and productive.  After unsuccessfully dieting on my own, it’s been so refreshing to have Rebecca’s support and encouragement. I have lost a stone so far and Rebecca has been integral to this. She is the best.

I embarked on this diet and haven’t regretted my decision. I was dubious starting as I previously did something similar but the products were horrible. The 1:1 Diet products are so different and yummy. Rebecca’s been so supportive, I'm not sure I could’ve gotten to this stage without her. If I'm struggling, she’s on hand for a quick pep talk, which has helped keep me on track. Rebecca’s helped when I've had cravings, suggesting alternatives, which has been an absolute god send.
