My Story and success with 1-1 Diet with Cambridge Weight plan.

I have battled with my weight for as long as I can remember; a typical yo yo dieter. I tried many diets in a bid to lose weight and, whilst they worked initially, I would eventually gain all the weight back. 
 

I remember looking at a picture of myself and didn't recognise the person staring back at me; I hadn't noticed in reality the amount of weight I had gained. I was shocked and it made me feel ashamed, but I have to say that was the turning point. I then knew that I needed to understand why I could initially lose the weight but then consistently struggled to keep it off. That's when I began my journey with 1-1 Diet Plan. 
 

The 1-1 support was the key to my success for sure! My consultant was fantastic; helping me to understand that emotional snacking was the reason for my weight gain and focus and determination was needed after losing weight to maintain the loss. I had never thought about the importance of maintaining my weight! 

I achieved 3 stone weight loss in 9 months on the 1-1 Diet; moving up the steps of the plan to reach maintenance. I can safely say I feel positively healthier, happier and focused as a result. The 1-1 Diet plan has empowered me to be in control of my emotions, without turning to food for comfort.

I have appointments available 7 days a week*

I work from my home office in Kings Lynn. I offer face to face to face weigh ins, on my body composition scales or virtual way ins or via Face Time or a Photo of scales and chat on what's app. 
 

You get daily one to one support between way ins, for motivation and the advice needed to help you achieve the fast and effective results that this amazing diet offers.
