Having done plan twice before- once in 2019 after the birth of my son and again at the end of 2020 after lockdown, I know the struggles of losing weight once and for all. I've struggled with my weight for my whole life- doing every diet going! I could lose the weight, but I didn't learn anything from those times, this time needed to be different.
I know that I am an emotional eater and used food for all types of situations- when I was happy, sad, anxious- I used food as a crutch. Doing the one2onediet has helped me learn to appreciate food, to learn my triggers and to work on using other methods and distractions to help that. I can help you too!
I've finally beaten the diet cycle. I no longer use food emotionally, I've worked hard and now use products occasionally for ease or when out and about but food doesn't rule my life anymore. This isn't just a diet, its a lifestyle change- I've managed to reduce my endometriosis symptoms and find a love for exercise because I'm now not in constant pain and have so much more energy.
I'm proud to say I've been maintaining my weight loss for over 3 years now. I'll really listen to you, to help you choose the right step to lose weight, that will work around your life and then help and advise you to 'work up' the steps and reverse diet out of a calorie deficit and learn to maintain your weight loss.
