Hi everyone! My name is Caitríona and I am a gold level consultant.I am a full time Primary School Teacher for the last 16  years and a Part Time 1 to 1 Diet Consultant for 4 years which I absolutely love !! I am a Team Leader and have space on my team for anyone looking for a work from home opportunity and flexible hours you set!

I've always struggled with my own weight so don't worry I have been there! I have completed my mini 6 week reset and feel fantastic in my yellow dress below. Losing weight is a process and so is maintaining your weight, our weight may fluctuate but our worth does not.

I am from a very small village Kilbeacanty just outside Gort and currently living in Oranmore close to Galway City. I am offering vitual consutations and postage for all over Ireland!

With 6 steps on our plan ,you can also incorporate your own food too, during the consultation we decide the best step depending on personal factors.

Hello January! Hello 2025! I can't wait to support you all in your weight loss journey!

Invested, friendly, always available to support me!

I am so thankful that I started this diet.. I had a bit of weight put on during the last lockdown and then enjoyed myself a little too much over the summer, my clothes were not fitting and I felt very uncomfortable.. I was a bit sceptical at the start but really needed to get back on track! Caitriona supported me the whole way through my 12lb loss and I am delighted with my results. Its trial and error with getting to know which products you like and dislike but doesn't take long to find out your favourites The diet has helped change my mindset regarding healthy eating habits and level of activity. This was the kickstart I needed and I am so happy with what I've achieved! Anyone thinking about it, just do it! if you want it bad enough you will succeed! Thank you Caitriona, for everything xx
