My name is Tracey, I am a consultant with the 1:1 diet and i am also a carer.
I work in care and when i work it is sometimes hard to eat as you are always doing something and when you have cooked for your clients you often dont want to eat yourself you actually dont feel like it at all, the time passes you by so you are not hungry this was my problem the only thing is you don't always loose weight.
So i have been working and alot of hours meals times i would and could not be bothered to eat to tired or just not hungry so i gained weight i gained alot of weight but really did not realise that i had done this.
I needed to feel good about myself i was alaways doing things for others but never thought of myself.
I needed a diet to be healthy and have good results plus i wanted a diet that had variety of healthy food the diet that works and this was so visible within weeks.
I was introduced to the one2one diet through a friend who is also a consultant and also she is another success story of the one2one diet.
There are steps to follow throughout the diet and different stages where food is re-introduced slowly .
The food is in packets and fills you up so i was getting the right amount of nutrition and goodness that i needed.
There are many choices of foods and including bars and bites they are so filling and very tasty chocolate many different flavours and textures
So now this part is about you and what you can acheive by starting the one2one diet following the diet will help you in a lot of different areas

My start weight was 12st 13lb and now my weight is 9st 1lb almost 4 stone lighter and a new wardrobe is in need now.
